Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our beef, ordering, pickup, and more.

Ordering & Products

We offer a full range of premium cuts including ribeyes, NY strips, filets, sirloins, roasts, ground beef, and more. Our beef is sold both as individual cuts and in curated bundles. All cuts are from our 21-day dry aged, grass-fed and grain-finished cattle.

Our beef is 21-day dry aged—far longer than the industry standard of 12-18 days. We raise cattle that are grass-fed and grain-finished, with no hormones or antibiotics. The result is deeper flavor, superior tenderness, and beef you can trust.

Our cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing on native Colorado pastures. In the final months before harvest, they're finished on grain, which produces optimal marbling and a more consistent, flavorful eating experience. It's the best of both worlds.

Yes! We offer quarter, half, and whole beef purchases for customers who want to stock their freezer. These bulk orders offer significant savings per pound and let you get a variety of cuts. Contact us directly for current availability and pricing.

Pickup & Delivery

We do not ship at this time. All orders are arranged for local pickup or local delivery in the Colorado Front Range area.

Pickup locations and times are coordinated after your order is placed. We'll confirm the best option for your area and schedule.

Yes—local delivery is available for many Colorado Front Range customers. We'll confirm availability and timing when you place your order.

All beef is vacuum-sealed, frozen, and packed in boxes so it stays cold until pickup or delivery.

Storage & Preparation

Place your beef in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Vacuum-sealed beef can be stored frozen for 12 months or longer. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 3-5 days for optimal freshness.

For best results, thaw in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours depending on the cut size. For faster thawing, you can submerge the sealed package in cold water for 2-3 hours. Never thaw at room temperature or in warm water.

Dry-aged beef has more concentrated flavor and cooks about 30% faster due to lower moisture content. We recommend cooking to medium-rare or medium, and always let your steak rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting to let the juices redistribute.

About Our Ranch

Our cattle are raised on Colorado's Front Range, at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The high altitude, clean air, and native grasslands create ideal conditions for raising exceptional beef.

No. We never use growth hormones or routine antibiotics. Our cattle are raised naturally with room to roam, clean water, and proper nutrition. Healthy animals raised in good conditions don't need these interventions.

We occasionally host ranch tours and events for customers who want to see where their beef comes from. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be notified of upcoming visitor days.

Yes. In addition to our own herd, we partner with select neighboring ranchers—families who've worked this land for generations. All partner cattle are raised to our exact standards: grass-fed, grain-finished, no hormones, no antibiotics.

Payments & Returns

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our beef. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement shipment or a refund.

Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and make a great gift for the beef lover in your life. They can be used on any order and never expire.
